Underwriting
and New Business Lead a group of underwriters and case managers in support of the multiple independent distribution channels within NFP. Serve as the technical overseer to the group and consult on complex cases. Work with NFP executive management and distribution channel leaders to develop the department’s strategy for providing value-added support to the channels. Build and maintain strategic relationships with underwriting leadership at core carriers. Leadership and management experience in an underwriting department of a carrier or large BGA operation is required. Strong technical underwriting skills and experience, especially in complex cases, is expected. Experience in working across multiple distribution channels, particularly independent distribution is valuable. Assignment #[512] |
